We are excited to have you working through this system and plugging in.  Below are the steps that will help you move forward into this project with our roundtable webinars.

Step 1 - Listen to the overview training on what these calls are about.

Step 2 - Get your script down on what you will say on the calls and review that.  Practice it with a team member or someone else if needed.

Step 3 - Find the target people to call that have registered for one of our roundtables and review the notes for them.

Step 4 - Learn our technology to help you in the process:

the recording is for "b."

Step 5 - So . . . you know . . .  (You've managed Up/Out to key people on each lesson right?)

[   ] - About the group you are calling.
[   ] - What script you are to use roughly.
[   ] - How to document things in MCAT.
[   ] - How to schedule appointments and who to schedule the appointments for.   . . . If you know how to all the above then do a quick review session to make sure that we know how to bring everything together.

- Tips on using MCAT when doing calls and reading notes.  -

Extra : Lessons we've learned that were not covered or things people don't pay attention to that we would like to point out to you. -

Step 6 - Congratulations start your calls!  Make sure to UP/OUT to the team on your efforts and results.  Email at the end of the day . . .

1. What did I learn from the calls I made today?
2. What do I wish I was better trained in?
3. Was their anything I really enjoyed doing today?
4. What could I do to better enjoy making phone calls and/or do a better job / produce better results?

6d. Having goals and a plan for the next day of work before you finish your day will help to motivate you hit it hard the next day with a lot of energy.

Step 7 - Wow, can you believe that the roundtable event is now upon us?  Now comes the MOST IMPORTANT work which is often where the ball is dropped.  What happens during and after the event?

a. Good idea to see how past events are run . . .

b. IMMEDIATE follow through on event is critical.  Don't wait an day or even an hour.  We MUST call right away.  Learn how to use someone's biggest challenge, their pain, to help set up an appointment and how the focus is to help to solve their pain with our solution.
