How does one blend quality and quantity in making phone calls?

- Schedule time daily . . . and honor that time commitment
- Understand that the last 10% of your efforts can produce 90% of your results
- Make it fun for yourself by creating a bit of a game, i.e. point system for your calling
- Be curious and continue to explore how you can have more fun making calls, what I can change to become better and more effective

Mental Toughness - Required For Success
Mark Boersma shares how in some of the early years of starting and running his business he had some really challenging times where he had to balance, seven children under 14, son going into surgery, marriage and work.  How does one keep it all balanced? 

How do we build a team around us that are also mentally tough?  How do we anticipate and keep out in front of things, being proactive so we don't kill our business when life gets tough?  Mark shares how his life right now with two parents who my pass, very near and dear grandmother who may pass, ante who will die any day, three teenagers, others around him in need and a lot of other challenges . . . how does he mentally keep it all in order and moving forward?

If we choose to be mentally tough, in times where it's required, we jump dimensionally in every area of one's life.  We miss amazing opportunities because we do not think dimensionally and that impacts us our whole life.
