Detailed Training On Measuring Results - VA Training

So . . . we've identified targets - developed and deliver a message - and measured results . . . now what?  "It's easier to change the direction of a moving car than one that's standing still."  What that means for marketing is that once we are doing consistent actions, the QUANTITY, on a consistent basis, then we need to work on getting the QUALITY down.

We need to start to measure the most important areas of efforts and results and then start to drill down into additional details.  Some of the smallest details are the most important.  This is a more advanced lesson for those who are experienced in levels 1, 2 and 3 for Area 1: Marketing.
