We understand that no team, including ours is perfect, which is why we have installed a system to properly correct any challenges / problems which come up. We also love to hear about the great service we and others in our referral network provide for those within our community. If you have a success story or a problem we want / need to hear about it.
If it's a success, we want to affirm to those involved the great service and systems they have for creating a RAVING FAN experience.
If it's a challenge / problem we need to know that as well. We know there are one of two reasons why any challenges / problems occur. It's either because we didn't have the right system in place to serve you as we desire to OR one of the team members involved did not fully follow the system we have involve.
Either way, if there was a challenge / problem, it created an issue for you and we desire to quickly the situation for you as soon as possible AND look to tweak our system and continue to encourage every team member to properly follow every system we have in place.
