Building An Amazing Chapter

Step 1: Identify Targets
The heart of the success for each chapter is the database, i.e. the reach that we have as a group of people.  The stronger (quantity & quality) of your cumulative database the more people will attend and the less work you'll have to do to get them there.  DO NOT underestimate the value and time saving that a great database of contacts will provide for you.

Step 2: Develop & Deliver A Message
Email - Check Out What Other Chapters Are Emailing Out - Houston - Chicago - Utah
Phone Calls - Powerful training session on how to make the most effective phone calls to help people see the value of attending LIVE - Mastermind Seminars - Community / Business Partnerships monthly events.  This training covers calling those who have attended in the past, new prospects, cold leads and even friends.  

Getting People To Attend Training

Step 3: Ask Key Questions
The magic to really getting people we know to attend is to ask them . . . "I was just thinking . . . and wondered . . . what is the biggest challenge you're facing in any area of your business or life?"  After they share that write it down and come back a few days later and say "I was thinking about your biggest challenge / problem of ______________________________ __ and I think I may have an idea which could help.  I attend a once a month Mastermind Seminar event which helps business and community based organizations to come together and accomplish far more together than we could ever accomplish on our own.  I think some of the people and things being shared there could help you with ______________________________ ______.  Could I pick up up at xx:xx on that day and you and I could go together?"  

Step 4: Present Solutions
See Step 3 for a simple solution to get the ball rolling in the right direction.  Actually solutions will come from one of the unique 7 segments presented each and every month in each chapter around the world.

Step 5: Implement Solutions
Implementation of solutions can come from attending the monthly Mastermind Seminar events, joining a Mastermind Partnerships weekly group, one on one coaching, courses and / or getting together formally or informally.

Step 6: Relationships For Life
Once someone experiences how you and the mastermind network are able to help them quickly solve any challenge / problem in any area of their lives they will want to connect with you and the group on a more consistent basis.  The more we help people and the more help we give those people who are in our lives the better stewards we are of the 5 T's To Stewardship and the greater success we will have in every area of our lives.
