Trust is the 4th “T” and represents relationships.  What do you think about the following statement . . . “If sales is all about relationships then if we have twice as many of the right relationships, then we’ll earn twice as much money.”

What he was saying is that sometimes . . . sales people may not see things as they are.  Truth is the ability to see things as they really are and that is not easy.  

Often, those closest to use see things in us, share those things, and we become defensive and attack them.  If we do that enough then they will stop sharing what they see in us and our delusion will continue.

When . . . “The truth hurts . . . it probably was meant to.”

To maximize our sales we must learn to see where our blind spots are and then quickly correct them.
